Laneige's Broadway Musicals Charity Competition @ Orchid Garden Hotel

Dear teachers and students,
There is something fun happening on the 28th November 2010, 1:30 p.m. at The Orchid Garden Hotel. It is a competition in which 11 secondary schools would be doing their musical best to compete and be part of a charity event for SMARTER. The students are ordinary government school kids who have had no professional training but want to have a good time, sing, dance and maybe, win a few awards...

Let's support our young kids of Brunei who would be coming from Lamunin SM RIPAS promising an exciting performance, the all-girls school in beautiful Tutong SM Sufri Bolkiah, SM Sayyidina Othman of Bear Hill(apparently that's how it's affectionately called now!), the Brunei/ Muara Schools are SOAS(an all boys team doing a number from The Lion King with a SOAS twist), SM Sultan Sharif Ali(the school from Kg Salambigar), SM Sayyidina Hassan the Ban school not 'Banned' school who'd be doing a groovy number, from across the waters of Brunei River we have SM Awang Semaun doing another cool musical song from Oliver!, all the way from Lumapas, we have SM SUAK who'd be belting out a number from the classic 'Sound of Music', the all-girl contingent from STPRI (of course!) would be doing a version of a Mamma Mia(ABBA) classic, we also have the sporty students from...wait for it...Sekolah Sukan singing in the competition and boy, I personally can’t wait for their performance of a Grease song and last but certainly not least hailing all the way from Bangar Temburong, SM Sultan Hassan, yes ladies and gentleman: Bangar goes Broadway!

Do come and bring your friends and family and have what is promised to be a super enjoyable afternoon. You would be enjoying yourself, singing along with the performances(guaranteed!!) and all for charity! It's a great way to unwind towards the end of the year...Tickets can be bought at all Laneige counters/branches an BSB and KB. Or just In Box / Text me!
