Sports School emerged as the 'CHAMPION' in both Group B (U15) and Group C (U18) of the Zone 1 Secondary Schools, Colleges and Non-Government Educational Institutions Football Championship 2009. The guest of honour for the Group C final match was Koh Hong Puah, the Assistant Director of the Secondary Section, Ministry of Education. Nine schools took part in the championship.
