March 18th, 2009, the RPS had their opportunity to visit one of the eco-tourism center in Brunei. Tasek Merimbun is the largest black water lake in Brunei Darussalam.
It is about 1 hour journey from BSB to Merimbun Heritage Part of Tutong Districts. A few activities were given to the RP, they had their fun playing with different types of Dusun ethnic traditional games; 'gasing' (spinning top), 'main terompah' (coconut shoe), 'saluk-salukan' (traditional Dusun puzzle) and 'tarik kalat' (tug of war).
They also learned how to make some traditional handicraft, traditional music and dance, which guided by the Dusun ethnic tribe. Then we all explored the Black Water Lake Safari using boats.
