Kejohanan ini dibukakan pada para pemain remaja yang tidak melebihi had umur yang dibenarkan mengikut kategori seperti berikut:

• kategori A - (13 ke 16 tahun) (lelaki)
• kategori B - (17 ke 21 tahun) (lelaki)
• kategori C - ( 15 ke 20 tahun) (perempuan)

Today is the Preliminary Round for the 15th Gulingtangan Inter-School/Colleges Competition hosted by our school.

Sixteen schools took part in this competition which is held at the Auditorium of PAP Rashidah's Nursing College in Gadong.

Zone 1 Sepak Takraw Competition

Saturday, April 11th, Sports School Group B (U15) emerged as the CHAMPION in the Zone 1 Sepak Takraw competition for Secondary schools organised by the Co-Curriculum Section, Ministry of Education. The event was hosted by SM Sayyidina Umar Al-Khattab.
Group C (U17) lost to SM Sultan Hassan, Bangar Temburong in the Semi Final.

Semi Final - SS defeated SM Sultan Hassan, Bangar - 21/15 , 21/15

Zone 1 Football Championship

Sports School emerged as the 'CHAMPION' in both Group B (U15) and Group C (U18) of the Zone 1 Secondary Schools, Colleges and Non-Government Educational Institutions Football Championship 2009. The guest of honour for the Group C final match was Koh Hong Puah, the Assistant Director of the Secondary Section, Ministry of Education. Nine schools took part in the championship.

Big applause to Sports School football team for wining the Secondary Football Championship in Zone 1. The final match against SOASC was held on 12th March, 2009 at SMJA. The score was 4 : 3. To SOASC team, you did a good job, congrates to you.

Congratulation to Sports School footballers Group B for qualified to the next round after competing against Institut Tahfiz. They proceed to Semi Final which will be held on 10th March 2009. The Sports School Group B will meet SM SUA @ 2pm. While SM Menglait vs Maktab SOAS will be kick off @ 4pm. Good luck to all teams.

3rd.March,2009. The teams that played in this photo was SM SUA vs SM Awg.Semaun (Group B), at the end SM SUA won and entered the Semi Final. Other teams that played that afternoon were Institut Tahfiz vs SM SMJA (Group C), and SM SMJA won and proceeded to the next round.

Football Tournament Between Secondary Schools and Colleges Zon 1 Year 2009

This year Sports School organizing the Football tournament between Secondary Schools and Colleges for Zone 1. The matches will took place at SMJA and kick-off at 2pm and 4pm. Everybody are welcome to watch the games.

Two coaches and 9 students from WP Labuan had visited Sports School for a friendly Silat meet. The aims of the match were to gain knowledge and skills in Pencak Silat and to test the team's capabilities in this sport.
