SS Year 8 Students @ National Stadium

Saturday afternoon, April, 11th, all Year 8 students went to the National Stadium to watch the special sports for special need people. A few governments schools were invited to watch the event.

Zone 1 Sepak Takraw Competition

Saturday, April 11th, Sports School Group B (U15) emerged as the CHAMPION in the Zone 1 Sepak Takraw competition for Secondary schools organised by the Co-Curriculum Section, Ministry of Education. The event was hosted by SM Sayyidina Umar Al-Khattab.
Group C (U17) lost to SM Sultan Hassan, Bangar Temburong in the Semi Final.

1st Game - SS beat SM Awg Semaun - 21/16 , 21/12
Semi Final - SS defeated SM Sultan Hassan, Bangar - 21/15 , 21/15
Final - SS beat SM Sy. Umar Al-Khattab - 21/14 , 21/16

SS Pencak Silat Team @ WP Labuan

March 25th - 27th, 2009, Sports School Pencak Silat team went to WP Labuan for training session and had friendly match. The training session was organized by the "Unit Sukan Prestasi Tinggi Negeri" and "Majlis Sukan Labuan (MSL)". This was a continuation of similar exercise held last year in Brunei Darussalam and was part of the first term school holiday programme. The aim of the programme was to gain experience and to expose students to the sport they undertake at Sports School.
