Teachers' Fitness Test

Yesterday 16th February, 2009 around 1 pm, a few female teachers took a fitness test at the Helmass Room in Sports School. Blood pressure test, BMI and Fat test, Sit up, Push Up, and more were tested by the incharge Sports Science teachers.
