Fitness Test

Yesterday afternoon, two teams (Golf and Pencak Silat) were doing the Fitness Test which was organized by the Sport Science teachers, Cg Ali, Cg Amal and Cg Azrin. The test was held at the Helmass Room in Sports School. Cg Vivian and Cg Suzie were also helping out the test. Both the Pencak Silat coaches (Cg Adnan and me heeee) and Golf coach (Cg Kadir) were there to supervise the students.
